John Chang and Allison Lu have succesfully operated Blossum winery since 2001. Since Blossom was located in a strip mall and visitors wanted a greater experience they opened Lulu Island Winery a few miles away. The facility is situated on 14 acres of land. It has multiple tasting rooms and a restaurant will be opening soon. The grape vines were planted more than a year before the completion of the new facility.
